Annual 305Senior Membership fee of $480.00 includes:

  1. Business will apply and undergo the 305Senior vetting process to be approved to be a trusted partner and 305Senior member. If not approved, a full refund will be provided.
  1. Upon approval, Business will receive a 305Senior verified pdf stamp for the business to place on their website, social medias, and sales & marketing collateral, if like.
  1. Trusted Partner Business logo will be placed on 305Senior Trusted Partners or Trusted Vendors page. A pdf logo will need to be provided to 305Senior by the business.
  1. Trusted Partner Business Logo will be hyperlinked to the business website and social medias.
  1. Introduction of new trusted partner will be posted on 305Senior social media.
  1. Trusted Partner Business logo will also be placed on Miamihealthcarenews.com on 305Senior ad page on the following 6 communities: Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Coconut Grove, Cutler Bay, Palmetto Bay, & West Kendall. (Other communities available for an additional cost of $40 per community which there are 21 other communities available)
  1. Business logo will be added to 305Senior PowerPoint presentation that will be used on presentations and the in-services at the hospitals, rehabs, senior livings, ALF's, nursing homes, adult day cares, home care and home health agencies, 305Senior curated events, etc...
  1. Opportunity to advertise business logo on 305Senior direct mail flyer with only healthcare related businesses and trusted partners being advertised and mailed strategically to the targeted zip codes. This will be a separate charge based on the number of advertisers per flyer, and zip codes mailed out to.  TBD
  1. Opportunity to advertise on 305Senior Trifold brochure that will be left at multiple locations during 305Senior outreach. A list of where the brochures are placed will be provided and listed on the website. Occasional pictures will be taken showing the placement of such brochures.  305Senior will be responsible for replenishing empty brochure stands. Each run of flyers will be billed separately or included in 305Seniors monthly Gold, Platinum, and Silver packages, if purchased.
  1. Insertion of Trusted Partner business marketing collateral and promotional items into goodie bags handed out at presentations and in-services is included. Business must supply all marketing and promotional items to 305Senior 48 hours prior to any event business wants to be promoted at.
  1. Trusted Partner/Vendor will have one introduction interview on 305Senior Wellness Wednesdays, Community Newspapers podcast.  305Senior Wellness Wednesday podcasts are conducted every Wednesday at 2:00 pm at Community Newspapers. Interviews will be in collaboration with another trusted partner or can be an exclusive solo for an additional charge of$180.00. Member can choose what questions they prefer to be asked or 305Senior will select the questions and provide them ahead of time for business to practice and be prepared the day of their podcast.
  1. Opportunity for Trusted Partner/Vendor to have an article on MiamiBusiness.com at 305Seniors discounted rate of $240.00 on two communities of your choice. This article will be provided to the business via pdf for their personal use and added to 305Senior blog page.

Please fill out the application and send payment of $480.00 via Zelle to Viviana Laboy. An email receipt confirmation will be sent once payment has been made. Please allow 2-4 business days for approval or disapproval of applications. Should you be disapproved, a full refund will be issued back to the payor via Zelle upon email notice of disapproval.

Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation receipt and option dates for business to choose when they are available for the podcast interview. Once the member has selected a date, an email agreement form will be sent to business to clock in the selected interview date.
